Nicola Tyler is the Founder of Business Results Group and an Associate of the Gordon Institute of Business Science, where she has lectured and trained executives on thinking differently for more than 20 years.
She personally worked with Dr Edward de Bono and was trained by him in his methods. Over the years she has been fortunate to share the stage with world-renowned thought leaders such as Tom Peters, Robert Kaplan, Ricardo Semler, Dave Ulrich, Martin Seligman, Richard Koch, Martin Lindstrom, Liz Wiseman and more.
Nicola has worked extensively, both locally and internationally, and has crafted and authored her own Strategic Conversations methodology.
Today she is considered a highly respected strategic thinking partner, and is sought after by many businesses, organisations and institutions to assist executives to think differently about the future.
The Thinking Fund
Nicola’s lifelong interest in the creative arts gave birth to The Thinking Fund.
In 2021 she turned a random idea into a great opportunity, partnering with the Kommetjie Open Studio project to bring 28+ blank Rabbit canvases to life and again in 2023, partnering with the Affordable Fine Art Fair, 24+ blank Owl canvasses were created.
These unique creative works of art were auctioned off and the funds raised proved bursaries for two young creative mind who has completed their studies at the Academy of Digital Arts.
We are expanding our horizons and building new partnerships and we cannot wait to witness the artistic transformations all our canvasses will undergo in the coming years.
